About the Venue : The venue of the Retreat is the scenic campus of SIDH (Society for the Integrated Development of Himalayas) in Kempty on the outskirts of Mussoorie. All the participants are welcome to stay on the beautifully designed campus. The accommodation is very nicely designed with a scenic view of the Himalayas. The available accommodation is for 44 people and is spread out in 4 different zones. JoyIsYou Retreat will have a maximum of 25 participants, so there is adequate personal space and privacy. The campus is a tobacco and alcohol free zone. Participants who wish to make their own accommodation arrangements in Mussoorie are welcome to do so.
Methodology:
#JoyIsYou Retreat is designed on the basis of 4 powerful principles, which are used to create experiences where participants can experience an authentic version of themselves. It follows a four step processs of Unlearn - Discover - Understand - Transform.
o Unlearn - Unlearn and unwind out of the self-limiting beliefs to unlock one’s true potential
o Discover - Discover the timeless wisdom principles of living joyously, loving unconditionally and working effortlessly
o Understand - Learn the grandness of one's Being and how to experience Integration
o Transform - Practise EASE Framework to experience Love, Harmony and Peace at all times
Follow Up : To ensure that participants experience lasting impact of the Retreat, #JoyIsYou has developed an updatable repository of online resources via JoyFlix videos. Participants can use these resources to inspire themselves in the 4 aspects of Leadership, Innovation, Productivity and Communication.
Travel: Retreat Participants make their own travel arrangements and reach the retreat venue. We can support with information on last mile connections, i.e. from Mussoorie to the Retreat Venue.
